or presented at the Registration desk during the Symposium.

 

CANCELLATIONS

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to Symposium Secretariat in written form. All refunds will be processed after Symposium. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.

 

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

100% refund: in case of cancellation received before May 6th, 2018.
No refund: in case of cancellation, received after May 6th, 2018.

 

Other Information

Badge Policy

All participants will be required to wear their badge at all times during the symposium. Those without badges will not be allowed to attend the sessions or social events. Separate badges will be provided for all registered accompanying persons and will be required for admission to the welcome party, banquet, coffee breaks and lunches.

Currency

Polish currency is Polish Zloty (PLN). You can exchange currency upon your arrival at the airport, or at banks in Lublin. Most banks are open during business hours, from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Most major credit cards are accepted at businesses, restaurants, and hotels, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.

Electricity

The electrical power supply in Poland is 230 volts at 50 Hz. Outlets in Poland generally accept 1 type of plug:

Insurance

Participants are accordingly advised to take out their own insurance in case of emergency/illness or loss of personal baggage.

Visa Requirements

Citizens of the following countries are not required to be in possession of a visa when entering Poland for less than 90 days:
